Unit must be occupied by and registered to an adult of at least 21 years of age
We reserve the right to refuse groups of 5 or more
Amenities are subject to change without notice
Linens, paper towels, toilet tissue, and trash bags are provided
2 Night standard minimum stay
We reserve the right to require a 3 to 4 night minimum on holidays, October, and special event dates
4-wheel drive vehicles may be required during the winter months in the event of inclement weather for specific cabins. Sorry, we cannot provide transportation

Cancellation
Cancellation less than 30 days notice from arrival will forfeit 100% deposit
All holidays, month of October, and special events have a 60 day cancellation policy
Cancellation policy and "Specials" are subject to change without notice
No refunds due to weather conditions
"No Shows" will forfeit prepaid deposit and be charged entire balance due
30 day cancellation required prior to arrival date for 90% refund of standard reservation. Service charge is 10% of deposit.
